Vinyl graphics are fitted to customer’s vehicles at the owners risk.
Factory painted cars are the perfect bed to install vinyl graphics onto, but there is a risk with resprayed vehicles / parts of vehicles, with badly painted or poor condition paint work, that paint may come away with vinyl when removed. If vinyl is removed properly then this risk can be greatly reduced, but the risk remains. Plastic painted parts also increase the risk of paint coming away on vinyl removal. Instances of paint damage on vinyl removal are extremely rare, however Funky Graphics wants its customers to possess all relevant information before making their purchase.
Funky Graphics take great care in not leaving marks or scratches when fitting vinyl to vehicles, in some cases however, graphics require cutting or trimming when on the vehicle, this may sometimes leave a visible surface line that, on vinyl removal, may need minor repair. Normally not more than a simple ‘T’ cut and polish. Due to the nature of the work Funky Graphics cannot be held responsible for this after graphics have been fitted.
Vinyl fitted to vehicles for long periods of time can leave a darker area of paint where the sun has faded the visible bodywork and the vinyl has protected the paint beneath it. If you leave your car outdoors in bright sunshine this will speed up the process, however this takes years to occur and can be severely curtailed by the correct care of the visible paintwork with good quality polish.
In the case of Vinyl graphics supplied to the customer for there own fitment, Funky Graphics denies all responsibility for any damage caused in any way due to fitment or removal of its products.
Due to the single application nature of vinyl graphics, refunds are not available for correctly applied vinyl to the customers specification if the customer later decides they do not like the design / effect. Please be quite sure you wish to proceed and are happy with the final design before any vinyl is cut.
Many thanks
Funky Graphics
